I'm hitting burnout so this may be the final version.

The concept is to create ARPG-style combat to the beat of the music.  In execution, I don't think synchronizing everything to what is effectively a global cooldown hits the same highs as if I were to just let you button-mash at any frequency.  

I already took dashing off the global beat because that resulted in a very janky-feeling experience, and while I WOULD like to explore a slower, more-deliberate combat about positioning yourself and committing to long powerful casts, I just don't think that will mesh with the added issues I've self-imposed in this project.
